The Razer Krait comes with an interesting tagline “Frag the competition”. Well! The Krait does its job by helping you frag enemy targets in a first person shooter game. This is a Razer product that has been created by gamers for gamers only. At first look, its design will somehow remind one of the Diamondback 3G. It comes with an ambidextrous body and a sleek slope where the primary buttons are fitted. There is a stylish grip ridge on either side with a unique internal lighting that glows with an orange-yellow light combination.
According to Razer, the Krait has been created to support Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG) and Real Time Strategy (RTS) games. The outstanding feature of the Razer Krait is its "1200 APM" ability. APM according to Razer is "The number of actions completed within a minute of gameplay in a Real-Time Strategy Game." Hence, the krait is a specialized RTS gaming mouse and offers the functionality to users of being able to click all the three buttons (right, left, and scroll) in rapid succession. In 10 seconds, you can do an average of 45 clicks with the Krait.
Some of the potentially powerful functionalities and features of the Razer Krait include 1600dpi Razer Precision™ infrared sensor, 6400 frames per second (5.8 megapixels per second), On-The-Fly Sensitivity™ adjustment, Up to 40 inches per second and 15g of acceleration, Scroll wheel with 24 individual click positions, and 16-bit ultra-wide data path.

It is a value for money mouse that is comfortable to use. Although it is perfect for RTS gaming, a few more buttons could have increased its overall utility.Razer Krait prices:
