Wired mouse or wireless gaming mouse? The choice is becoming extremely difficult for gamers across the world especially with the launch of the Razer Orochi gaming mouse. Of late, the new breed of wireless mice have been enabled with the ability to reduce lag time but on the other hand, there’s the wired mouse which ensures that you are ahead of all other gamers in a first person shooter game because of the zero lag time. That’s where Razer Orochi is different because it can be used as a wireless Bluetooth laser gaming mouse as well as a wired mouse.
The Razer Orochi carries on the Razer “look”, which includes the intimidating black color, the aggressive lines, a smooth finish, and the blue glow wheel. Its performance is controlled by the 4,000 dpi Razer Precision 3G laser sensor, which makes tracking possible up to 100 inches per second. The Razer Synapse onboard memory and on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment adds a few stars to the overall performance of the Orochi. One of the notable features is the hyper-response left and right-click buttons with an add-on like 7 programmable buttons.
The battery life of Razer Orochi can vary from 1-3 months depending on usage. It is powered by 2 AA batteries although Razer believes that using high power battery will definitely increase battery life. Switching it off when not in use will save power and increase battery life as well. This Razer Orochi measures 99(L) x 67.8(W) x 35(H) and is smaller than most conventional mice.
